Most digital painters use tablets.

ok soften the lines harden some to turn boy face to girls face. move chin up a bit change nose size ear point change and length + width and add some thickness to them rearrange the hair to more girlyish hairstyle put some extra details on face shadows and highlights. make curves of shadow to soften the picture up little more add jewellry put in more detail in hair add more gloss to already shiny surfaces of the skin. If I say like this I can't do it better myself. And that's all folks.
