Genki Japanese school Christmas party dance Dec 2008

GenkiJACS teachers perform the song "Nihon no mikata", by Yajima Biyoushitsu, at the GenkiJACS Christmas party, December 2008. The highlight of the party, if we may say so!

The lyrics of the song are making fun of foreigners' expectations of Japan - the three (male) singers dress as glamorous visitors from Nevada, arriving in Japan for the first time, and sing about being surprised by the revolving sushi, the lack of samurai, etc.
