About the whole lying/non-lying world, was it Nietzsche who something along the lines of art has value because it is honest in its dishonesty? I would have thought that the whole self-defeating nature of the highest principle thing was more about how positing the existence of the highest value as an act in itself was naturally self-contradictory, due to that necessarily one must lie to oneself to externalise that value and make it the universal good, rather than just your own value judgement.

If there was absolute truth then why can't we have absolute non egoism too. I then see no problem with lying.

I think my previous criticism on 7 may have been a bit presumptuous and also more than a little difficult to implement. I notice you mentioning the films "Liar Liar" and "The Invention of Lying" as well as quoting Nietzsche's wonderful aphorism "When we moralize we pass sentence on existence." Please keep it up and keep making the wonderful videos. You're providing a great service here. Don't think for a moment it isn't appreciated.
If there was absolute truth then why can't we have absolute non egoism too. I then see no problem with lying. In fact, why not absolute non-violence, rather than absolute truth why not absolute integrity. This problem seems so easily avoidable.
