Kuresoi GSU officers get out of hand

GSU officers attached to Kuresoi district seem to have gotten out of hand harassing locals every chance they get. Only recently, motor bike operators complained that they were being harassed, and now the residents of Kabongoi village are saying the same. This is after officers of the unit raided their Sunday night.

When officers are poorly trained, paltry remuneration, and lower expectations, coupled with no proper sense of responsiblity and that is to say that GSU have no defined role in the constitution. The end result is confusion, lawlessness and barbarism from men in uniform. Nothing less than a retraining, higher expectations and stringent disciplinary actions will make this outfit useful to the public.
