How to install IRSHELL 3.9 on your PSP.(any custom firmware)

MUST READ DESCRIPTION FIRST

yes you can, i forgot how, use the video in the link, then find a video on how to put the codes in, the video in the link shows you how to decrype the irshell so you can use it as remote.

how do you know if you have custom firmware?
