When was this recorded?

I am still finding it quite difficult to understand why Rand's objection has been dealt with - If you have competing police/protective forces in an anarchist society, what happens when they don't recognise each other's authority? Some say it's not in their interest economically but $h*t, who do you think will be doing these jobs? The same kind of people who do them now (guys who like guns and power and wouldn't know the first thing about business.)
Could someone please answer this question?

In order for any significant portion of society to have any major degree of control over their own affairs is it not necessary to first remove the immense competition created by the large organizations that hire thousands of people who are willing to give up their liberties in order to serve those organizations? How could a small, self managed business survive in such an environment? And how would one go about removing or altering that oppressive structure?

I checked out those webcams. They had very little to do with the coercive power of the state.
