What I Want by Daughtry featuring Slash. I wish I could play more of Slashes parts but that is not going to be happening for a while, still far from that playing level.
Tuning is Drop D + 1/2 step down (Db)
Gear - American Fender Strat, Line6 PODXT Live pedal, Vox AC30 amp - although you don't hear the amp because I am recording from my pedal directly to my computer.

I love the song and you did a great job playing it. Just one question. I'm learning how to play guitar, so how do you palm mute a note. (Please reply quick!)

Just rest the side of your palm lightly against the strings on your picking hand as you play. Takes some paractice to get the sound you want, different amounts of pressure will give a different sound too...hope that helps.
