hey man, very talented. Just wondering to get that cool look of the more darker bit of road in the middle of the lanes howd you do it? just darker grey n simply painted it orrr?

@nickfrank1 I just used the tar color paint without mixing it with white. In order to do the road I add a lot of white to the black/tar color paint to give it the gray color I want. Then to do the patchwork i simply mix in very little white paint to the black paint. That is it.

Hey Al. What if you took and added some black acrylic paint right into that Woodland Scenics powder and just turned the pavement stuff the color you wanted as your road? Then you dont need to paint and if it chips, its all the same color in the first place and no white will show on the bottom.

Good thought BUT I have already tried it. It doesnt work. It changes it on a molecular eve so that it will not bond correctly. It simply needs to be painted. You can add a drop or two to give it a grayer look as opposed to the white look but if you add enough to make it the color you want it will not work. Good thought though
