Cincinnati Public Schools hosted a dedication ceremony for the new Academy of Multilingual Immersion Studies (AMIS), an $11.9-million state-of-the-art Community Learning Center designed to prepare students for success both during and beyond the traditional school day. With 63,032 square feet of academic, recreational and community spaces, the school can serve 400 students in grades preschool through eight. AMIS is the district's only language immersion school and specializes in Spanish and French.
