Alleged Us-Ussr Landing On Mars Using Alien Technology

I found this grainy old film on emule about a year ago. It supposedly documents an alleged landing on Mars on May 22nd 1962 by a joint US, and USSR exploration team using alien technology. At 48sec there is what looks like a flyover of the much talked about "glass tubes". I have no idea of its authenticity, and I couldn't find anything much about it on the web.
