  • I'm from Hingham and I went through the special ed system until spring of 1998 when I was transfered to a school in Newton for kids with learning disabilities. I have a Bachelors degree from Bridgewater State. I wish the special ed system in Hingham was just as good as Scituate's

  • He's a smart kid! Very articulate :D

  • @TheBreMar Run your finger over the "dots".

  • I am SO glad this was posted! I have a visual impairment and am in college to teach the blind and VI. my professor has given me a twist on my presentation and I needed to show something that showed what braille is, how it is made/read, and just how this all works. I grew up around it but its very difficult to explain to someone who has never seen it before. this video is PERFECT! everything else I found was an advertisment. THANKS SO MUCH FOR POSTING!

  • Excellent video! I have learnt a lot. Thanks very much.

  • I am blind but was born sighted (I am totally blind as a result of an accident). I have found learning braille very difficult. My mother was a sign language teacher and my first language was sign language and I always preferred it but now..can't see it. I sometimes get very frustrated by it but I like the way the schools are willing to work with blind students. I also like the fact that they are teaching typical students about disabilities.
