@65danner The tuition at UCs was increased by 10% this year due to lack of funding from what is essentially a broke state. Where in the hell did those in Sacramento find the estimated $40 million to fund the Dream Act?! Why should US citizens and legal residents have to pay more while illegal aliens get state financial aid? Why didn't that $40 million go to school funding instead? As with pretty much every pro-illegal policy, its the citizens that get anally screwed.
