Yes bad motor mounts can cause your motor to vibrate more yhan usual and you need to inspect all mount before just replacing one cause all it takes is one damaged mount to began to damage to new mounts

Yes, that is the primary symptom for bad (damaged) engine mounts.

Noise yes (when you put a load on the engine), rough idle... not really. It dosnt have any thing to do with the idle.
