Those who desire to b born in Amitabha Land must hav a pure mind all da time, a vegetarian, has a GOOD HEART, helpful & do a lot of charity (not necessary 2b rich to do charity), chant Amitabha name at all time n refrain frm killin even a tiny small bug @ mosquito & MUST b a good role to inspired other to abandon bad lifestyle so tat they too wil leave da cycle of rebirth n together b born in Amitabha Land.

@kiyoko8998 You have set the standard too high. These are not the necessary criteria for rebirth in pureland, though it will be good to practise them. Please read the visualisation of Buddha of Infinite Age carefully. Namo Amitabha!

i totally agree....one must be so charitable an dkind and pure...that even if an insect can be saved.....go ahead......help and reform those with evil and bad mind so that they do not be bad themselves and all can go to see the heavenly father, AMITABHA BUDDHA
