@havik500 Your luck you can even play steam because I signed up for the "NEW"
steam and it now won't let me open Steam.

OK, LISTEN UP
I found this fix by myself and it really worked!
go to steam>rightclick on red orchestra or the mods> properties>set launch option> type in "-windowed"without the "> then dubbleclick the game it should work now> then go ingame to configuration> set your display format> and then click fullscreen then u got the fullscreen mode> exit the game go back to steam> propeties>set lauch optoin and remover the -windowed AND THEN U CAN PLAY!

@havik500 thanks for the advice I got farther this time but It didnt work but gave me another GPF.
