He gets it! It's like with Christian theologians. You study "religiously-colored" history and stuff nobody needs in their everyday lives. No a doctor? An engineer? Even someone who writes software for companies? These are people that HELP OTHER PEOPLE live a better life. They heal them, they build their homes, cars, design their cities, etc... Is there something to complain about? NO! Next time your preacher/imam/rabbi INVENTS something, tell me. Otherwise, let them study their fairy tales.

How will you ever be able to know if your religious convictions are true if you never hear opposing views? Keep your mind and ears open and you might discover that Islam isn't as great as you think.

i never seen any bright student in my country who went to university to study Islamic studies or history, politics, social science, theology or philosophy actually these are the areas students are shame to go and study most of them and also their parents think these areas are useless and don't have any social or other value whatsoever,,,,every one just looking for bring career in any multinational company and for more money and the reality is my society is full of injustice like elsewhere!!

This respected sheikh such a great point and argument regarding the present situation all around the Muslim world, i m from Bangladesh and it is absolutely unquestionable that those student who scored highest mark they always go to the certain educational areas 100 out 100 of them they chose to go to medical, engineering, business administration etc,, student who got lower grade or percentage normally they chose to go for social science, politics, Islamic studies and history, humanities etc,

@hitemup604 There's your problem right there. Youtube is for doing anything on youtube you want to do which is allowed by the youtube's rules. I don't like theistic religions, but I do like stating my counter arguments to people who have blatantly incorrect opinions and statements.

with respect....i hope there would be peace...amen. what you are saying is probably true...that is why those who go to this schools have a very low interpretation of your religion....they lack the capacity to grope the real understanding of your faith which give you people the bad light in the world arena. they dont practice tolerance, instead they go destroy your people's name.
