If you are a business owner and you read Yelp you need to pay attention to the reviewer's number of friends and reviews submitted. If they have no friends and only one or two reviews, no picture of themselves or real name, the you should be rightfully suspect, both on positive an negative reviews.

Yelp soliciting a business for a promise of reducing the negative reviews or otherwise manipulating the reviews for a better score is just wrong.
