THIS IS AMAZING <3 You are a legend, I went from an anxiety attack to painting a picture after watching this just once! Thank you! <3

@Stufftough Hello my friend. I have been using a device called a BT7 Brain Tuner. It was the brainchild of a guy called Dr Bob Beck. I have found this extremely helpful in my quest to help myself through a series of problems. Just search Bob Beck and see what you can come up with.

I'm looking to overcome sexual trauma/constant sexual thoughts. Can this help? Or can someone direct me to a video that can? Or can someone make a video that can help?

@margadelic I do have experience with this kind of therapy. Just yesterday, I added an all-day dosage of ashwagandha extract to this therapy to further calm my overactive adrenaline. I suppose people notice that I'm usually a spaz if they notice me at all, so I definitely search everywhere for anything that will calm my nerves without killing brain cells. What I have is nothing like what any doc has ever seen, so I'm the doc and I invent the treatment. This vid is one of the treatments.

@MrLeagueOJustice Do you have personal experience with this kind of therapy?

Blah blah blah (matrix shill)
If you have an adrenal imbalance like I do, or anxiety, combine ashwagandha, mucuna pruriens and melatonin with this therapy -- they work well. That's only if you aren't taking Western medication. What I do is all Eastern and not compatible with Western meds. Hey, ever notice that Western meds have no more than a century of history, but ayurvedic herbs have more than 5,000 years of field-tested success?

Try these movements slowly as well, especially if you have cerebellar damage. Keep doing movement until skips are worked out. see the NLP video titled "NLP Eye Tracking using EMDR." This treats way more than psychological trauma. This is physical therapy in my book.

You can do EMDR by yourself, it's not dangerous. Francine Shapiro did it also alone, when she found out how it worked!

Listen to runwild1; he or she knows what he or she's talking about. The person who said to never do it without a doctor might perform the treatment much better, and gets paid a whole lot more, but lied in his advice to never do EMDR unsupervised.
