Two of the favorite episodes of STTNG is "The Inner Light" and "Lessons". Here, the Ressikan Folk tune is used to tell Captain Picard's story. Lyrics inspired by the story line. Here are the lyrics:---------- Where are the days, of my past, days of joy I thought would last? ------------- Was it a dream or was it real. I can not change the way I feel. ---------- Were those days to come again, I would spend them with my friends. ---------- Am I the one that has been found to give your life another round? ---------- Unspoken lyrics at the end: Was a dream or was it real? I can not change the way I feel. Is the the dream gone? Does life go on? I feel we have only begun! • lyrics are amazing, the only thing negative thing i got is your singing. sorry, but your quite a bit flat and off tune :(

the lyrics however make up for that, i give you 5 stars :)

  • I need to find someone who sounds like Picard to sing these lyrics. I had a female ST fan offer to sing my songs, I should let her try this one.

  • "The Inner Light" is one of the most underrated episodes in the entire series.

I could watch it a thousand times and NEVER get tired of it. It's got a phenomenal plot and premise.

Excellent video by the way. Well done!

  • Great concept!

  • I thought the words to this are very appropriate. They are full of sentiment and meaning. Good job. And don't listen to your detractors. Your voice is adequate. Who cares if it is star-quality. You aren't being paid $100,000 to perform it. Good job. God bless.

  • the lyrics to this wonderful music is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. the individual who developed these lyrics should stick to his day job because this absolutely SUCKS!!!!

  • @0001perric I completely agree so underrated and I could also watch it a thousand times and never ever grow tired of it. In fact if I ever catch it on TV I watch it even though I have it on DVD -- I just can't make myself turn it as it's probably my all time favorite episode of ST:TNG!

  • UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH so gay!

  • This video should be for the victims of 9/11/2001. This people can relate. Also, I'm barrowing this video you made. Calling out to all faiths. STOP THE FIGHTING, STOP THE HATING. This is not what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr wanted to see. Remember, we are a people of cultural and religious acceptance. It makes us who we are as a nation. Even as human beings. Jesus Christ knew it.

  • This video is amazing. I think you're singing is good. It shows you're human. No one expects you to be perfect.

  • American idol HELL NO

  • Lyrics, please.

  • The singer is really off key but the lyrics are good however they do not follow the meaning of the song.
