I have heard fuck loads of turbo diesel patrols dose. A mate of mines diesel flutters with 16psi. And mines trying to @ 14psi. Type of turbo and intercooler will determine dose or not dose

Lol the dose is the compressor surging when air is forced back through the turbo after is it blocked off by the throttle body ( which diesels don't have.)

Man what is the secret of dose pipe?Not every turbo flutter when you turn off the pedal.How can i make mu turbo dose?I put a metal net filter direct on the intake of the housing.It's kind of insect screen on window .There is turbos that flutter without any pipes or hoses on the intake...

WTF I would think anyone that knows at least a little something about diesels would know that it's not gonna make the fluttering sound...there's no throttle blade for the air to back up against and get forced back into the turbo. Sheesh.
