ok we can all agree that pegasus vs anything star wars or star trek would pegasus would lose because the technologies in those two shows are so much farther advanced then galacticas is. But BSG overall is much more realistic in terms of technology we could actually use if the human race ever advances that far. Besides no offense lasers and shields are cool and everything but assault rifles and nuclear weapons are just so much more bad ass.

Lasers would make swiss cheese out of anything in the galactica uinverse.

You forgot about one thing.
Star Wars ships have got shields.
BSG ships are clearly no match for them.

after listening to the 4 soundtracks extensively, this, Roslin Escapes, Laura Runs and Fight Night are my favorites (along with Prelude to War of course)

oh frak, and of course Adama/Roslin is my all time favorite track. That track just defies logic it's so good
