I was there! My tf2 name is explodingpancakes, and I was the bonk helm and deus specs scout seen from 0:45 to 0:52, and at some other places in this video.
This map was cool, but unbalanced. Blu has a hard time climbing with all the pyros while red can just hop down a few floors and start attacking immedately...

IMO, there should be water at the bottom (I've never played the map, but I assume it is akin to pl_upward), to neutralize the effectiveness of the airblasting tactic. Also, maybe place health packs around, to make rocket & sticky jumping more viable as a counter.

This map should forbid pyros IMO. I'm generally AGAINST class restrictions, but this map is just way in favour of the pyro with his airblast.

This would be an interesting map to equip the mantreds on since there are so many places to jump down on poeple without having to rocket jump and so many pyros airblasting
