A brief introduction to the fascinating gardens to be found at Butterfly World in St. Albans. It was filmed earlier this year, you should see the gardens now (August)!

  • I don't understand - where's the butterflies in all this apart from the one frame? I am so hoping for a butterfly world like Syon Park before it closed down but this looks like a bad version of Capel Manor. Ah well, will have to check it out for myself... :)

  • Hi thanks for commenting.

It could be confusing if you've not been and have not seen the other video. Basically it's going to be a huge visitor site with a dome that's going to house 10,000 butterflies when it's built. Check the other Butterfly World video on You Tube, it will explain the vision.

  • @fpcard1

checked it out - looks fantastic. looking forward to going :)

Glad you like the vision. We need as many visitors as possible to help get the project completed and avoid people feeling like they've been ripped off. That's the last thing we want. It will be awesome when it's completed.

Keep your eye on the website for info. and updates.

    Enjoy your visit

It's got a way to go but well worth a visit. Watch out for Ivan, the most imaginative gardener on the planet! Hope you enjoy it.

  • Thank you. I'm glad you liked the video. I hope you've visited Butterfly World to see it for yourself.
