Also, dwarfism in horses can be avoided. Some people breed dwarfs since many people in the general population think they are extra cute and buy these dwarf horses and then those breeders go on a breed more dwarf horses.

Because this horse is suffuring dwarfism, it's body is to small to hold all it's organs so that's why this horse's belly petrudes, this horse most likely also has arthritus, tendon proplems and a long list of other things... And this horse will most likely not live past the age of 10.
Thats why it's sad.
