Nokia N95 broken !!

having had this phone for less then 2 weeks this problem occurs, apparently it is a known fault with the phone .It is known as FW104

i told them i had the phone for less then 10 days and i told them the warranty is still good on it. they said i still have to pay anyways. :-s

so i'm stuck with a phone with problems and i paid so much for the phone as it is. i bought it unlocked for 800$ and they want 100$ just to fix it. that's like saying i paid 900$ for the phone. that's sad and i'm not made of money lol

i've also had problems with my n95 ever since i bought it and nokia doesn't wanna do anything about it. they keep saying oh you have to pay for repairs. i had the phone for less then 10 days. they wanted 100$ for repairs. ridiculous
