Cleaning the Roomba can be painful. Dog hairs get into the little opening and getting them out takes some time. Its not too bad, but we do have to clean it after every run.

  • So by the looks of things they aren't vacuum cleaners at all, they're mobile dust buster/sweepers. This means they're only really good for smooth floors, not carpet.

  • It's less noisy than a traditional vacuum cleaner.

But as CalgaryZapper said, the design makes all the dog hair/fur get into the ends of the brushes, and that will block the Roomba unless you clean it very frequently.

I need to clean mine after each room, and my rooms are not big !

  • is it noisy? .... my dog hates vacuums and if i fire something like this up when I'm not home ... it might drive him to eat it.
