@Pro60modman I wasn't implying that you were giving that engine any more than half throttle. I was just noticing that the scooter performed about like mine, whose engine has half the displacement but a functioning throttle linkage. 62cc half throttle = 31cc full.

From what I see here that scooter accelerates and runs just about like my homebrew rig with an A31 IDC (the old Inertia Dynamics model A, 28.5/31cc, reed valve, half-crank engine found on Ryobi equipment, trimmers, blowers mainly). It's a repurposed electric scooter frame, has a manual belt clutch, geared to rev about 6500 at 25mph.
What's odd is that this 62cc engine is being given what is mentioned as half throttle.

I dont understand how you people can't see the throttle cable. I zoomed in on it and everything. THERE IS NO THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET, it was zip tied in place it had way too much play and was much too flimsy to let the throttle open up more than halfway.

It's a G620PU with a 1.25" spindle you better not think that's full throttle. It had a ziptie holding the cable in place it was barely opening the throttle up. There's a reason I called myself pro60modman. I know the in's and out's of the g620pu and the pro60 scooter itself.
