maybe. normally on the max difficulty, Lvl 9, Jecht always blocks, backhands, and dodges any obvious attack headon. you have to memorize his attacks and get the timing perfect just to land a single attack. for a few tidbits on the options, the one under the Map option is the AI rating, 1 being weakest, 9 being strongest. lvl just determines what level an opponent is (1/101 adjusts the cpu lvl to match the AI lvl), the option below that adjusts the CPU's behavior.

not bad, though I've never seen Jecht be hit THAT many times by brave attacks so easily. did you have the AI turned down?

nope i didnt know how to touch the AI thingy cuz i cant read jap then i just kept it at default
