  • Well, that got to me ... an arrow to my shielded heart

  • @ColdNova75 Peace and happiness are not the goal of the work ,they're effects of the work. The goal is the love of the truth or being open. Get her book, its really helpful.

    Peace x

  • @kapitanciacho I think you should watch more of byron kates videos she answers that question in one og to of her videos. But try to question it. (:

  • @ColdNova75 The goal (I think ) for me , is that I want to attain peace and joy no matter what situation or environment I'm in , hospital , prison cell , or beautiful mansion with loads of cash and a good job.

Is the whole point that when we have a more honest and real relationship with "what is" and fear is out the way , life is much simpler and all that thought and effort is freed up to use more constructively? I could be wrong , I hope someone will correct me if I am ,

    peace x .

  • @kapitanciacho Hi , I'm new to the work too, (I'm hoping to go to an event that Katie is doing in London in July), I know what you mean, it's interesting though , because I guess anything can be questioned , and you don't have to do anything that feel's wrong. I guess you/we have to enquire if we need that job , or need that furniture, is it giving us what we need in reality (peace and truth), or is it in the way?...

  • @kapitanciacho I guess you can ask again what is true...

  • I have done the work for few days and it is really amazing. But I have this concern that when I am ok with all that is I don't have the drive to go after my goals, work on my career, make something happen... and I am confused:) Because if I just feel good and don't go after my goals people will take my furniture away;) Can anyone help me feel how these things don't contradict each other?
