  • I liked the "exit" hesitation haha. Nice cut from 1:04 - 1:07, but I don't like the backwards track to him. Good wardrobe, haha ! Especially his shirt; reflects the internal into the external. While the male lead is convincing, the female lead isn't as strong in her delivery.

  • @invdrzim I'm the kinda director who doesn't care much for continuity. I don't find that to be important in a film at all. That does tell me, however, that the scene isn't engaging enough so that you wouldn't look to errors like that. That's funny what you say about the actors though, my dad thought the male was stiff and the female was authentic and most everyone enjoys the camera's track back so far. Thank you for your feedback! You should come down and be our script supervisor! :-D

  • @invdrzim However, the actress felt she was too soft, so I think you and her saw something similar in her performance.

  • I'm excited to see the second attempt; interesting characters !

  • @invdrzim Glad you liked them! (I like them too lol) ... any other comments you can give us so we can take them into the re-shoot?

  • Just a few continuity issues ! Maybe have someone as a script supervisor and general watch dog. From a second viewing: his hands on his side vs. leaning on the door (:15 - :21). Also, he goes from body movement & hand gestures to still around 1:46 - 1:50.

  • @fabiancdotcom And here I am exporting at 720p

  • @SilentBat 1080p.

  • @KidHaru Yeah those last two setups were while we were being kicked out. We definitely will be spending more time on that. The next setup was actually going to be the wide you mentioned.

    Thank you for the feedback!

  • I feel like the area wasn't established enough. Like the kitchen, a large wide shot that showed most of the kitchen as she moved would have been nice. And some variations with facial length. Also I felt like positioning wasnt cheated as it could have been. Like move her out of frame so you can get a nicer shot of him to work with as he starts to ramble
