@dirtbiker95 passive crossovers change the frequencies after amplification witch takes out power caps kill bass coils or inductors kill trebol active crossovers change frequencies before the amplification i hope that helps ya

ye im lookin at some 15's for my expedition for my senior project and im struggling to find out which sub is best im looking at some FIs JLs and MAs none of that kicker shit i want sound quality but not over the top bass where u cant hear nuttin but base notes and wit kicker... tweeters wouldnt save ya lol
