At 2:30 AM the city was still echoing with cheers and car horns and chants of "YES WE CAN!!!"
It was just like I had imagined it.
This went on all night, folks. We blocked traffic, and the motorists we were blocking were cheering, honking and high-fiving the paraders. The PD was cool! we flooded Pike and 1st and the SPD just closed the streets! This was one happy city tonight! Seattle was rockin out!!!
I don't know how I'll sleep tonight.
