wow I'm off to week 11 now, and results are really popping out, the last part I desire to get is starting to shape out a bit and I'm sure that I can get there! Even if I don't make it in these program's 12 weeks it sure as hell put me on the right track and all I have to do is finish the race. I worked hard to get where I am now and the only thing I skipped is giving some featback at some weeks ;) let's hope the final 2 weeks will do the trick for me and good luck to all of you !

I think that the biggest problem with getting flat stomach is that people often do not continue doing exercises or keeping diet. It is very much in our brain. We would like to have it flat but it is hard to sacrifice for it. And even if one get it then often do not maintain it so after couple of months everything is as before. flatstomach-weightloss com
