@HATERofEVILcritics Oh i never said he wasn't one of the best. But just go back through and watch old episodes with the master in them. Of course he will be back. He passed his 13th regeneration and still came back, several times, and regenerated. Every doctor except for 9 and 11 has had a run in with him which i think will be remedied.

@MadManSnake0 You're right, his arrogance is certainly an issue which has cost him but his character, with all its flaws, can take over the world, turn everyone into a Master clone, or whatever else the madman comes up with and all without the Doctor being able to do a thing. It's only once he wins that we see he lets his guard down, just enough for the Doctor to wriggle free and foil his plans. You'll agree that he's still one of the best villains of Doctor Who. He'll be back, the drums say so.

@HATERofEVILcritics No. In the Terror of the Autons (the masters first appearance) The Doctor states his weaknesses. namely arrogance which we see in The End of Time when he lets his guard down because he thinks he has total control. Even the resurrected and rejuvenated Master has the same weaknesses. But he was written to be the Moriarty to The Doctor.

It's great to see an enemy who can truly match the Doctor. The comments from the Doctor in the episode with the Vashta Nerada he states from memory the weaknesses of his most iconic villains. The Master could be the only one smart/unpredictable enough to have no true weaknesses in the eyes of the Doctor. In otherwords; he is a perfect villain.

Kudos to the person who thought him up!

This is just... so, so awesome. It's every bit as catchy as the song, fits the rhythm of it quite well. All those quick cuts must have been so difficult. DX
