Australian New Vogue? really! Not Old Time? How long has this been around? And the music is way too fast. SHould be around 50 beats per minutes, this would have to close to Vienesse Waltz time at 60. if someone taught you this dance at this speed I'd be changing teachers. And yes I know what i am talking about, having done Medals, Competition and teaching. i would never give a student music this fast for any dance, let alone the Twilight Waltz.

I'm no expert, but I think you need to work on your foot work (toe/heel/inside-edge-of-toe) and also your rise-and-fall.
Try a slower piece of music, as it'll allow you to take larger and smoother steps. These look small and rushed. Your 3-step (the first bar in the dance) in particular looks like a bad shuffle.
