Not really. Syracuse is famous is notorious for low housing costs.
Once you experience the winters, you suddenly realize you've paid the difference with your SOUL.

No, food is cheap, rent is cheap and if you have some medical back round you will find a job easily. And if you like higher scale rentals you can find some nice lofts to live in.

Damn, that traffic sure beats Atlanta suburb traffic! I get so sick of it down here. It's freakin' desolate country, yet there's so much traffic anyway! I miss Syracuse. I will say the weather down here is better though, haha. I don't miss so many grey days.

@Lexesbenz You are describing the entire state of the union since 9/11 took place. Our economy tanked, the infrastructure is crumbling all over the place in the USA.
Times are tough, no doubt about that.
