A real and tough look at a notorious Philadelphia drug neighborhood. I started shooting here in 1995 and Nightline allowed me to return in 1998 to complete this compelling story. i dont see why philly is never up there in the list of most dangerous cities in america or anything. its always camden. back then camden was not worse than philly. it just started being really bad when more ppl started moving in to the city

Drugs crushed the poor people. Who wants to support an addict? Its really hard, all you can do is help the kids and hopefully they wont follow in the crack mother/father footsteps. I still remember 8th and Butler (the badlands). Suburbs got those addicts too, its just not shown on TV

@MMA94NYC u sound dumb philly as of 2012 has da highest murder rate among any big city in america including nyc,chicago,la etc philly always leads in homicides among big cities in da new yr but this year has increased alot its way worse than nyc i go to nyc alot and i feel way more comfortable and safe philly im always lookin over my shoulder..... type in disorder in Philadelphia to see for yourself
