http://beyond-the-political-spectrum.blogspot.com/ With America leading the Free World in incarceration rates, what does the country owe to individuals who were tried, convicted in a court of law, sentenced to long prison sentences, only to have DNA or some other evidence clear them? Although there are many guilty people behind bars, the zealotry of egotistical prosecutors can sometimes convict the wrong person. A "guilty verdict" doesn't necessarily mean "guilty."

  • @juarezrt Yes, very chilling!

  • @sakiema1997 Our justice system sucks! innocent people are not supposed to go to prison!!!

  • It seems Texas has a big problem with men being wrongfully accused of crimes by women. Although not directed to all women but Texas needs to WAKE UP! and realize that women are capable of lies! Morons on the police force and in the DA's Office is strongly becoming more apparent! Hey Texas get a fucking clue how can you charge a man with assault from testimony by a woman who has 7 alias and couldn't get her story straight? The American people are getting fed up! Be careful! Speak up! & Speak out!

  • fuck the government
