This is actually a spec corporate video created by Neill Blomkamp of The Embassy Digital Effects Inc. for a fictional company named Tetra Vaal.
It is one of the best digital effects that I've seen in a long time. Enjoy.

There is that big expectation of great action scenes, but then they happen so fast and with the camera shaking so that we can hardly see what's going on. It's cool, but no so much.
that's partially why the action sequences are great. Blomkamp's guerilla-style of shooting isn't that way just for the sake of it, he does that to include such a realistic setting and he nails it effectively. The guy knows how to shoot an action sequence, that's for damn sure.
