  • I ended up buying the Baby Jogger City MIni. I had to spend a little more to get the parent console & mommy type hooks. I have enjoyed the easy fold system even more than I anticipated. The only downfall is on my Nissan Pathfinder, when I have 1/2 of the 3rd row seats up, the stroller doesn't fit flat on the other 1/2. It's wider than most strollers when folded. I purchased it over the Cybex Onyx due to it's 1-handed steering...it's so easy to go through doors by myself with it. Very happy!

  • I looked at the Cybex Onyx today at Babies R Us and found it to be very similar to the Uppa Baby G-Luxe but perhaps a bit better! A few improvements over the G-Luxe were the Onyx's 1 handed recline (not the annoying belt style but similar to Peg Perego's system), their canopy was more adjustable (height too), the color combos were better, there was a parent pocket on the canopy, it had a 1-handed seat belt adjustment similar to a carseat and it felt much sturdier. It doesn't have a baby bar.

  • Thanks for the review. What did you replace it with?

  • @nicolerowan

I haven't replaced it with another stroller yet. I like the Baby Jogger City Mini (it's a little heavier than I would like) and the Peg Perego Si (it doesn't latch into place well when first opened). I would love to find the perfect stroller but I'm not having any luck. I want a huge canopy, big basket, recline, bar/tray, light weight and easy fold.

  • Thank you for this review. Is the red part of the Canopy still mesh-type, like the 2010 version?

  • @sherezada9

The canopy wasn't mesh-like at all. I haven't seen the 2009 so I can't compare it to that version.

  • i rolled it off a cliff to test it in case off an accident happened with my baby. (he diddnt die

  • @DebsterH1 I love my Zooper Waltz! It has everything you want except for the easy fold. I mean it is an easy fold, but not an umbrella fold. It is wonderful. I live in Paris and people always ask where I got it. I really wanted to get my daughter the City Mini, but in the store she shrieked to get out of it! It is a pretty soft seat back - and I think she didn't like that.

  • @sherezada9

I was disappointed that I had to manually adjust the leg rest down every single time I opened the stroller to put my child in it. Who really wants to mess with that when you want to just pop it open and go? Also my 10 month old child seemed almost too big for it because the sides of the stroller don't extend out and she would have fallen out if the straps came loose at all. Finally, the belt fastener was hidden under the fabric in such a way that the fabric kept interfering.

  • Thank u, this was the most useful review of this stroller that I've seen.

  • @DebsterH1 What were your disappointments about the G-Luxe? I'd like to know before i order mine.

  • I actually ended up returning the stroller after I did the video review because it had too many things about it that disappointed me. I don't believe that the canopy was mesh, it was solid fabric. Of course, I don't have the stroller anymore to look at it but I recommend calling a retailer that sells it to find out for sure.
