well what you need to do is re-install windows XP, or Vista or 7. and what that will do is clear all the viruses and get ur computer up and running. The thing is that you will lose all the information and files on ur computer. So if u don't want all of your files to go, just us the system restore That is a program that will make your computer go back in time. make sure yo go back before the virus was found on your computer hopefully this helps :)
