@KYflyboy0525 Different artists drawing different parts of the movie. It says on the back of the case that about 7 artists all over Japan were commisioned with the making of this movie.

@KYflyboy0525 This anime is structured in acts, like a play, and every act is drawn in a different manner by different animation teams. You can find this style of structure in "Batman: Gotham Knight" or "The Animatrix".
