    Yes, orgasm is a muscle spasm that occurs largely involuntarily. It has no more meaning than a simple reflex. We like to think we can control it, but the amount of people having problems reaching climax seem to tell otherwise. It feels humiliating and destructive if it occurs during rape or abuse, as if your body conspired against you. It's important to realize this is not the case. It doesn't mean anything, it is perfectly natural if it happens.
