There's a Japanese episode of Hamtaro called "Let's Dance, Ham-Ham Ondo". It's episode 264. Here's the description: 'It's a festival, and the Ham-Hams make their own festival. But Penelope, Marron, Lazuli, and Magical are missing.'.
What does the description mean? I know that Kawaii means cute, but what does "ne" mean? I know it's a Hiragana used in "Nebaneba" which means "sticky", but what does it mean here?

@StarlingKnight Thank you for clearing that up. Anyways, this is a cool Hamtaro song. One of my favorites.

@MovieMan1065;
Never heard of japanese folk music style "ondo"?
There's nice and informative article in Wikipedia about Ondo. Try searching with key words "ondo music".
Ondo style music is closely related to Obon celebration in July and summer generally

The beginning has a really tribal beat to it. Perhaps they were aiming for a Japanese/Hawaiian style?
