3;18 "Nazareth was a satellite village." Actually the archaeological evidence in Nazareth have not shown any evidence of habitation at the time of Jesus save for one single family house. And even that might be from the Hellenic Era instead of the Roman as commonly claimed. There was, on the other hand, plenty of evidence for agricultural industry there.

There is no evidence that Nazareth even existed at the time of Jesus (outside the Gospels). These American "historians" are making too many assumptions here. They're evidently Christians.
The New Testament may not be historically true. We need corroborative evidence of Jesus, and we don't have any!

I like Professor Allen Callahan's description of Nazareth as being like Berkley of the 1960's. It is accurate, but also funny.
