go to the srt4 forums, there are plenty of legit people on there with well documented 11 and 12 sec. SRT4's that dont exactly have a ton of money into them.

any car, its so much the driver....I've seen people run low 15's in mostly stock 5.0's...I ran 14.0's in mine that I used to have, seen some dip into the 13's with slicks. Stock SRT4's run 13.8-14.1 range with someone who knows how to drive, driving them......

Eh I guess according to the magazine. Last time I was at the drags here in Phx, AZ there was an SRT4 Neon and Caliber. Both were running low 15s @ 95 mph all night.

A '01 Cobra is faster than a srt-4 stock vs stock. Mid 13's trapping at 104-105 vs a car running high 13's trapping 99-103. Of course a bad driver can change all of that.
