To be perfectly honest, I know little about Pittsburgh, but I have played this video at least 20 or 30 times...just for the song. You are amazing, Patty Griffin. Keep it up.

Cool video. I actually used to live in the closest brick building on the right side of the street in Polish Hill at the 2:24 mark. The structure is still in great condition, and the current owners have gutted and renovated the building in its entirety.

Why is the name of the video just Pittsburgh? I only found this cause I was looking for Patty's songs.

Let me give you a hint: I have a button on my backpack that says, "Just vote for the bitch. Hillary 2008." I've been supporting her since before she announced, because I just knew she would run. I saw her last Friday, and I'm still awestruck. Her speech was full of policy stuff and logic and intelligence. I find that so much more inspiring than empty promises about hope and change...

I grew up outside the city, but I've lived here since 2000. I live close by Squirrel Hill, in Point Breeze, so I hang out in those neighborhoods a lot. Thanks for your comments!
