wow ive been in gym since i was four... im 11. and i cant flip even close to this. It's really cool how he can... not fall apart. And no music= no distraction

There is no other gymnast that has the smoothest double back/double back pike like Li Ning, most people during the second flip lose height, but Li Ning does not lose much if any height during the second flip. Amazing athlete.

i dont mean to disrespect but lining is so much calmer, and his techniques are so much more better than modern day gymnasts.
