And what about if you want to host a FTP server using the PC sitting right in front of you. This seems fine when you connect to someone else's FTP server to mess with their files... But I would like to know how to Host file via FTP from my computer so that a peer of mine can connect to my computer for them. Shouldn't it be FTP://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:21 in the address bar where the X's are my IP address... and then they undergo Username/password verification to see my files? Why isn't it working...
