I bought one of these and the hard drive was DOA. Customer service told me to take the unit apart and ship the drive to the manufacturer. I was told this is the policy stated on some obscure page on their site - thanks!
By the way - when it does work the remote is flaky, the picture is grainy and if you try to update the firmware you will likely BRICK the unit.

People don’t buy it. It is not worth the money it does not work properly freezes on every file, or you tube file, does not have a clear set up guide on the bit torrent download needs a lot of software fix up but they are not doing anything to fix it!
